Eat Like an Athlete, sports nutrition webinar presented by Lisa Lovejoy

Lisa Lovejoy, Med, RD, CSSD, CD is a MultiCare registered dietitian with a background in fitness. Her passion is helping athletes at all levels reach their maximum performance. She has worked with clients ranging from weekend warriors and high school athletes to competitive adults and professional sports teams.
Lisa has been attracted to health care since a young age, and throughout her career has worked as a clinical dietitian, personal trainer, fitness instructor and wellness program dietitian. Away from work she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen with new foods and craft cocktails!
The services Lisa offers include:
Resting metabolic rate testing
Body composition assessment using the Bod Pod
Nutrition counseling for individuals related to performance, disordered eating, chronic disease prevention/ management, wellness and weight management
Classes and presentations for groups, sports teams and health programs
Virtual cooking demonstrations and classes

As the official medical provider of Hoopfest since 2017, MultiCare is proud to care for the thousands of players and spectators who fill the streets of downtown Spokane each summer. In 2023, that dedication to physical activity and community went even further with the sponsorship of 20 teams of elementary and middle school students from some of Spokane’s lowest-income neighborhoods.
